What It Is:
The eSSENTIAL Accessibility app is a suite of assistive technologies, including keyboard, mouse and touch replacement solutions to help individuals with physical disabilities navigate the website with ease. The app features hands-free face tracking, voice activated controls, visual click assist, on-screen keyboard and text-to-speech.
Who It’s For:
eSSENTIAL Accessibility’s app can be used on a standard PC* or Android device by anyone with dexterity challenges or reading difficulties arising from a variety of conditions, including:
- Multiple Sclerosis (MS)
- Parkinson’s Disease
- Cerebral Palsy (CP)
- Age-related factors
- Mild visual impairment
- Limited proficiency in English
- Literary deficiencies
- Other learning issues

We are continually working to make our web content and online resources accessible as part of our online inclusion efforts. We are committed to providing a website that 1) features Assistive Technology for individuals who have trouble typing, gesturing, moving a mouse or reading and 2) is built with accessibility in mind so that no one with a disability is left behind.
We have partnered with eSSENTIAL Accessibility to assist in adopting and implementing procedures to the relevant portions of the World Wide Web Consortium’s Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.0 Level AA (WCAG 2.0 AA) as the web accessibility standard for our Websites and continue to make such compliance of our Websites a key focus.
OSSTF/FEESO continues to work with its accessibility partner to conduct periodic Website accessibility audits and to incorporate ongoing and specific recommendations to facilitate and strengthen accessibility for its sites and conformance with current WCAG 2.0 AA standards.
