The Student Support Professionals Bargaining Unit represents both Educational Assistants and Early Childhood Educators.
Educational Assistants work full-time, half-time and as casuals in elementary and secondary schools. Itinerant Educational Assistants work with a variety of students in various settings throughout the board.
Early Childhood Educators work in full day kindergarten classrooms. They also run the extended day programs that are being held in many of the schools across the board.
